A different kind of AI visibility
Being mentioned is one step. Interaction with the customer is the next.
Many AI visibility tools put a set of questions to ChatGPT and other assistants and count how often your brand comes up. That tells you whether you are talked about, and it is worth knowing.
Insights looks at the next step: what actually reached your own AI agent. Every request is counted as it arrives, not estimated from a sample. So you see who came, what they asked for and whether your answer was used.
Mention tracking
- Asks AI chats sample questions
- Shows whether your name comes up
- An estimate, from a sample
Fugentic Insights
- Counts the requests that reach your AI agent
- Shows what was asked and which answers were used
- A record of what happened
Who found you
AI assistants, directories and everyone else
Every request is grouped by who sent it. AI assistants call on behalf of the person using them. Directories and checkers keep track of AI agents, and their visits show yours is known and reachable. When a caller names itself, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor, you see the name.

Listed is not the same as chosen
Early on, most requests to a new AI agent seem to come from directories and checkers. That is a good sign. It means your agent is known and reachable. Insights keeps the two apart, so you can tell being listed from being used.
From found to used
See what each request was for
Being found is the first step. Insights shows what came after: whether a caller opened a connection, read what you offer, or used one of your answers.
- Opened a connectionThe caller introduced itself and your AI agent accepted.45638%
- Asked what you offerThe caller read the list of things your AI agent can answer.37231%
- Used one of your answersA caller asked your AI agent a question and got your answer.847%

What they asked for
Know which of your answers get used
Your AI agent answers through tools, one for each thing you describe: your services and prices, the area you cover, your opening hours. Insights shows how often each one was used, and which were never used at all.
Example: a plumbing business
| Tool | Share | Times used |
|---|---|---|
| Services and prices | 36 (42.9%) | |
| Service area | 20 (23.8%) | |
| Emergency call-outs | 16 (19%) | |
| Opening hours | 12 (14.3%) | |
| Guarantees | Not used yet | 0 (0%) |
What to do with it
A tool nobody uses is worth a second look. Its name or description may not match how people ask. Rewrite it in the words your customers use, and watch whether it gets picked up.

AI visibility tracking, answered
What Insights measures, and what it does not.
AI visibility tracking shows whether AI tools are finding and using your business. Many tools do it by asking AI chats questions and counting mentions of your brand. Fugentic Insights does it by counting the requests that reach your own AI agent: who sent them, what they asked for and which of your answers were used.
Mention trackers estimate how often an AI chat names your business, from a sample of questions. Insights records what actually reached your AI agent. They answer different questions: whether you are talked about, and whether assistants come to you for answers. Many businesses will want both.
Insights groups every request by who sent it: AI assistants, directories and checkers, and other callers. When a caller names itself, you see the name, for example Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor or VS Code with Copilot. Callers that do not give a name are counted as other callers.
No. Insights shows what happens at your AI agent; it does not send callers to it. What it gives you is a way to improve: you see which of your answers get used and which never do, and you can rewrite how you describe your business based on that.
Yes. The Overview and Tools views of Insights are part of every Fugentic plan, including the free plan.
MCP is the open standard AI assistants use to connect to outside services. An MCP server is what lets an assistant ask your business a question and get your answer back. MCP analytics means measuring the requests that server receives, which is what Insights does for the AI agent you build on Fugentic.
